About me
I have many years of experience in the financial services industry and have qualifications in excess of Chartered status. I understand the challenges that my clients face, and I am here to help. I am dedicated to providing the best possible service to my clients, and take pride in my work.
My background; I joined the Financial Services industry in 1996 when I started working as a Building Society Sales Assistant. Having commenced studying the FPC qualifications I moved to a local firm of Solicitors in 2001 as Personal Assistant to the Head of Financial Services. Within a year I was promoted to Trainee Financial Adviser and soon after Independent Financial Adviser with my own clients. I spent 10 years as an adviser, aways studying and in 2011 reached CII Chartered Status, and I have since taken additional qualifications. In 2012 I moved into a technical role, supporting advisers within a large Financial Services firm, then in 2019 I moved to a small paraplanning firm. In the spring of 2024 I felt ready to branch out and created Adept Paraplanning Ltd offering an outsourced paraplanning service.
